EYI, Sep 19: Members of NGO Mothers’ Vision (MV) conducted an awareness programme on drug and substance abuse, using the method of ‘The way they understand’, at the upper primary school here in West Siang district on Thursday.
Resource person Dulo Poyom spoke about “how a progressive pattern of behaviour surfaces in a person’s life when they fall into the grip of addiction.”
MV chairperson Jumde Gamlin emphasized on having moral values in life, while MV member Tobom Ete Padu spoke about the benefits of leading a disciplined life to stay away from bad habits. (DIPRO)
