NSS observes Poshan Maah with blood samples test

ITANAGAR, Sep 21: As many as 80 girl students’ blood samples were collected and tested by zoology students and volunteers of the Dera Natung Government College (DNGC) NSS unit as part of the Poshan Maah in the college premises here on Saturday.
The programme, which was supervised by DNGC’s Zoology HoD Dr P Nanda, was organized with the aim of studying anaemia condition among the students of the college.
Dr Nanda also made a presentation on ‘Health and nutrition of adolescent girls’.
Among others, DNGC Principal Dr NT Rikam and NSS Programme Officers Pate Jumshi and Talom Taloh were present during the programme.
