ITANAGAR, Oct 14: The officers and staff of the state civil secretariat on Monday deeply mourned the sudden and untimely demise of Under Secretary (Labour & Employment) Benjamin Panggam on 11 October.
The officers and staffers led by Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect to late Panggam and prayed for the eternal peace of his departed soul.
They also conveyed deep sense of condolence to the bereaved family.
