After the announcement of fine of Rs 5,000 for any defaulter who is found dumping garbage in the various dumping sites, the citizens have no option but to wait for the musical sound in the morning.
But in E Sector, Naharlagun, the musical happens every alternate day. Of course Sunday is an off day. However, with an infant at home, the waste in the house cannot be stopped, especially her yellow waste. And stink of it makes us lightheaded only after a few hours.
When the charge for garbage collection is being paid regularly, I would like to beg the authorities to kindly make the garbage truck visit regularly, not just E Sector, Naharlagun, but every sector in the capital complex, so that the dream of a swacch Bharat can be realized.
