SHILLONG, Nov 28: Lieutenant Palvinder Singh received an ‘appreciation award’ from Meghalaya Governor Tathagatha Roy for his dedicated services and for being the best ANO of Arunachal during the NCC Day event held at the Governor’s House here on Thursday.
The first ANO from Arunachal to receive the award, Lt Singh is presently working at Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic, in Itanagar, under the 1 Arunachal Pradesh battalion of the NCC (Army).
