NAMSAI, Feb 13: Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein took stock of the progress of various ongoing projects in his constituency on Thursday.
He inspected the flood protection work being carried out in Alubari, the PMGSY road from BRO Road to Mabira village, and the status of the electrification work being carried out under the Saubhagya scheme in Chongkham.
The DCM directed the officials concerned to “properly utilize resources in a time-bound manner to ensure holistic and sustainable development of the constituency.”
He stressed on ensuring transparency, and advised the officials to adopt cost-efficient methods and closely monitor the projects. (DCM’s PR Cell)
