ITANAGAR, Mar 22: The Poma Rillo Moin Youth Welfare Society (PRMYWS) has banned activities such as picnicking, fishing, swimming, etc, in the Poma river for the next few months as a precautionary measure against possible outbreak of Covid-19.
In a press release, the PRMYWS on Sunday appealed to the people of the capital complex to strictly adhere to the ban. It said strict action would be taken against those who violate the ban.
