ITANAGAR, Apr 13: The Indigenous Faith and Cultural Society of Arunachal Pradesh (IFCSAP) and the Donyi Polo Nyedar Namlo Committee (DPNNC), Pachin, Naharlagun, have mourned the passing away of Tame Yasin, who was an ardent believer of the indigenous faith and culture and wife of a brave soldier.
Yasin passed away on 12 April, and is survived by three sons and a daughter. Yasin’s husband, naik late Tame Kura, had served in the Indian Army from 1963 to 1983 and fought during the Indo-Pak war of 1971.
Apart from being an inspiring mother and a staunch believer of the indigenous faith, she was also a prominent social worker.
Members of the IFCSAP and the DPNNC attended her funeral and paid their last respects to the departed soul.
