ITANAGAR, May 4: The Arunachalee medical student in Madhya Pradesh who had tested Covid-19 positive on 21 April was reportedly discharged from hospital on Monday after recovering.
A relative of the student informed The Arunachal Times that the student has been discharged from the Chirayu medical Covid centre in Bhopal, after confirmation that the student’s sample tested negative.
The student has reportedly been shifted to a government quarantine centre for self-quarantine.
Thanking the doctors and staff of the Covid centre for their love and care, the student said: “Fighting with the pandemic, it was much harder to fight the negative comments circulated on social media than the virus.”
