BHALUKPONG, May 4: Dirang MLA Phurpa Tsering visited the check gate here in West Kameng district on Monday to ensure that all arrangements are in place to receive the returnees to the state.
The check gate here is the entry point to West Kameng, East Kameng and Tawang districts.
Accompanied by DC Karma Leki, SP Raja Banthia, the DMO, and other officers, the MLA also inspected the disinfection tunnel, the screening centre (with a separate counter for each district), and the quarantine facility at St Xavier School here. (DIPRO)
