DC cautions against complacency on relaxations of lockdown

AALO, May 5: West Siang Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan cautioned people against complacency following gradual relaxation of the lockdown in the green zones.
Sachan said “there is no room for complacency and the people should be more careful, vigilant and take precautions” as huge numbers of people are returning from different parts of the state and country.
The DC said the people need to stick to social distancing norms and wearing of face masks while stepping out of the home during the lockdown period.
Meanwhile, the Arunachal Pradesh Doctors Association under its ‘masks for all’ campaign distributed face masks in Yomcha and Liromoba circles.
The Bene villagers offered lunch to the medical and police teams and volunteers at the Bam check gate.
The APWWS there also extended similar service at Hissam gate to encourage the team manning the gate. (DIPRO)
