PASIGHAT, Oct 29: Forty participants attended a national webinar on ‘Common diseases due to negligence of swachhata’, organized here in East Siang district by the North Eastern Institute of Folk Medicine (NEIFM) on Thursday.
NEIFM zoologist Dr Kenjum Bagra spoke on the Swachhta Pakhwada-2020 and the importance of cleanliness, while resource person Dr Imlikumba highlighted the common diseases caused by not maintaining cleanliness.
NEIFM botanist Dr Amal Bawri also spoke.
