TAWANG, 31 Jan: Vaccination against Covid-19 started at the session site at Jemeithang PHC the cold chain point in Tawang district on Saturday last.
Twenty-four beneficiaries have been given the vaccine shots on the first day. The vaccination at Jemeithang was launched by Circle Officer Hibu Dindie in the presence of DRCHO Dr. Lobsang Tempa.
With this, a total of 616 beneficiaries have so far been vaccinated in all the cold chain points in the district.
Meanwhile, 92.3% children up to the age of five years have been given pulse polio drops on the National Immunisation day on Sunday. DIPRO
