TAWANG, 2 Feb: Krishi Vigya Kendra (KVK) here distributed vegetables and maize seeds under NEH programme among the farmers of Kitpi village on Monday.
Seeds were also distributed among Self Help Group of Changbu village.
Senior scientist and head of the KVK Dr. AN Tripathi briefed the farmers about NEH programme, while subject matter specialist in agronomy CK Singh enlightened the farmers on the methods of raising vegetable seedlings and scientific cultivation of maize.
Twenty-five farmers attended the programme. (DIPRO)
