ITANAGAR, 20 May: Itanagar Capital Region (ICR) DC Talo Potom on Thursday urged the officers of the ICR to regularly take stock of the home delivery services within their jurisdictions to ensure that there is no inconvenience to the public.

The DC took stock of the major issues with regard to the implementation of the containment order within the ICR. Issues like law and order, contact tracing, home delivery services, etc, were also discussed.

The DMO informed that the flying squad teams have started random testing of primary contacts in all high-risk wards and sectors in Itanagar and Naharlagun that have high positivity cases. He informed that the locations have been identified after consultations with the corporators, incident commanders and the respective administrative officers.

Informing that the random testing by the teams is being done free of cost, the DMO asked those in the high-risk areas to get tested in case they came in contact with a Covid-19 positive person. (DIPRO)
