NAHARLAGUN, 30 Nov: A free counselling and HIV testing programme will be conducted at the TRIHMS campus here on 1 December, from 9 am onwards, to mark the World AIDS Day, the Papum Pare DTO office informed.
World AIDS Day is observed on 1 December every year with the aim of raising awareness about the global epidemic of AIDS and HIV.
