Progs held to mark 8 yrs of Modi govt

AALO, 14 Jun: Industries Minister Tumke Bagra and MLAs Nyamar Karbak and Kento Jini attended a ‘mass public sammelan-cum-eight years’ completion of Modi sarkar’ here in West Siang district on Tuesday.

During the programme, Bagra highlighted the various achievements of the Modi government, and urged the people of West Siang to “avail the opportunity given by Modi government? for the poor section of the society.”

“Hundreds of schemes of national interest are being implemented by the Modi government,” Bagra said, and added that “Arunachal is marching towards a new era of development.”

Karbak highlighted the achievements of the Pema Khandu government, and requested every citizen to avail the schemes of the central and the state governments meant for the poor and the needy.

Jini also spoke.

Western zone co-convener Tomi Haider, West Siang ZPC Babom Romin, and district BJP president Yomto Jini also spoke.

Meanwhile, the Kamle district unit of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha organised a motorcycle rally in Raga on Tuesday to celebrate eight years of the Modi government.

The rally, which began from the circuit house and ended at the Line Hotel, was flagged off by Chikom ZPM Deyom Gapak, according to a release. (With DIPRO input)
