ITANAGAR, 18 Sep: Agriculture Minister Tage Taki and Agriculture Secretary Bidol Tayeng led a team of officers on an exposure visit to Rajahmundry, in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.
The team visited oil palm plantations and associated facilities developed by the 3F Oil Palm Pvt Ltd, which has singed an MoU with the Arunachal Pradesh government and is engaged in oil palm development in Lower Dibang Valley district.
The team visited oil palm nurseries, plantation areas, intercropping with low volume-high value crops in oil palm, collection centres, crude palm oil processing factories, etc, and interacted with oil palm farmers.
