ITANAGAR, 26 Sep: The Itanagar Capital Region unit of the Tagin Cultural Society (TCS) has deeply mourned the demise of social worker Joya Giba, who breathed her last on 24 September after a prolonged illness.
Stating that her untimely demise has saddened the entire Tagin community, the TCS said, “She was a good social worker of Tagin community and contributed immensely to promotion of Si-Donyi festival in Itanagar Capital Complex.”
“She was also a strong believer of Donyi-Poloism,” it added, and conveyed condolence to the bereaved family.
