NAHARLAGUN, 5 Oct: The staff and residents of the Oju Welfare Association (OWA), along with interns from various universities and members of Arunachal Women Helpline-181, participated in a cleanliness and a plantation drive at the police station here and in the OWA office premises on 2 October to mark Gandhi Jayanti.
Among others, ICR SP Jimmy Chiram took part in the plantation drive. Floral tributes were later paid to Mahatma Gandhi’s portrait.
