LONGDING, 7 Feb: Cooperation Secretary and Longding district’s mentor secretary, Krishna Kumar Singh, reviewed the progress of the comprehensive and other developmental schemes in Longding district on Tuesday.
During a meeting with the district’s HoDs here, Singh was apprised of the departments’ ongoing and completed projects, as well as of the problems being faced by the departments.
Deputy Commissioner Bani Lego told the mentor secretary that “the district administration is committed towards efficient implementation of the schemes and programmes.”
Singh also visited the sites of completed projects, besides the police station constructed by the RWD, the district hospital here, and the rainwater harvesting plant in Senua, and interacted with members of cooperative societies. (DIPRO)
