NAMSAI, 28 Feb: A total of 150 job aspirants were shortlisted and received placement offers from various recruiters during a job fair organized by the Arunachal University of Studies (AUS) at its campus here on Tuesday.
A total of 14 companies joined the placement drive to recruit deserving candidates. The recruiters included, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd, 3B Semiconductor Private Limited, Talent Acquaintance, NSDC International, X5 Agrotech Pvt. Ltd, Katyayani Krishi Seva, Kotak Life Insurance, Shiksha – The Gurukul, Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., BSL Group of Companies, ITM Skills Academy, Skillwinner and My LinguaLines Private Limited.
An international recruitment agency, Alfa Manpower Consultancy LLP from Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) also participated and shortlisted 28 students. Likewise, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance shortlisted 18 students, Reliance Jio Infocomm shortlisted 15 students and MyLingualines offered placement to 12 students.
AUS vice-chancellor prof. D. S. Hernwal and deputy registrar Vipin Rawat along with deans, directors, HoDs and faculty members from various departments were also present on the occasion.
