I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the repeated problems faced by aspirants while applying for examinations conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB).
Since the online form is the only way to apply, it is very disappointing that the portal often remains slow or completely down. At times, the payment gets deducted from the applicant’s account but does not show on the website, leaving candidates anxious and uncertain. The situation becomes worse during the last days of online submission, when the server barely opens at all.
For many aspirants, especially those in remote areas with already poor internet connectivity, such technical issues multiply the struggle and risk disqualifying genuine candidates.
I therefore request the APSSB authorities to urgently upgrade their portal and ensure a reliable, smooth, and user-friendly system. This will not only help aspirants but also maintain fairness and credibility in the recruitment process.
