I would like to draw the attention of the authorities towards the recent issue in the Arunachal Pradesh Engineering Services Examination. While some candidates received nearly two months to prepare after the results were declared, others got their results hardly 9-10 days before the mains exam.
This has created an unfair situation where not all aspirants enjoy the same preparation time. Competitive examinations must provide equal opportunity to all, but the present practice has led to disparity and stress among many deserving candidates.
It is therefore requested that the authorities ensure fairness in the schedule by giving sufficient time before the mains to every second list result candidate. Equal opportunity is essential to maintain the credibility of such prestigious examinations.
