ITANAGAR, 13 Jun: Itanagar Capital Region Deputy Commissioner Talo Potom was heard saying at an event that women should wear makeup, and that women should keep themselves beautiful.
The comments were apparently made while he was talking to the media after the inauguration of a beauty parlour a few days back.
The DC, while advocating that all women should wear makeup, said that his office has many women employees and some of them have been kept as receptionists because they look good in makeup.
Potom goes on to say that people visiting his office would feel happier looking at these women.
