LIKABALI, Sep 13: Arunachal Football Referee Panel Committee (AFRPC) under the aegis of the Arunachal Pradesh Football Association is going to conduct a ‘referee training-cum-refresher course’ at Chidu Chigo general ground here in Lower Siang district from 20 to 27 September.
The course is aimed at providing a doorway to enthusiastic local youths in the field of refereeing, and to strengthen the development of football in the state, informed AFRPC chairman Nada Apa.
