ITANAGAR, Sep 22: State BJP President Tapir Gao on Friday kicked off the 23rd Viswakarma Football Tournament in presence of Sports Authority of Arunachal (SAA) Vice Chairman Gechi Doke.
The opening match was played between last year’s champion Vivek Vihar FC and All Gohpur Ward No.02.
24 teams are participating in the tournament.
