YINGKIONG, Nov 23: One extension kitchen (kutcha) house was completely gutted and another SPT Type-II quarter of the Urban Development Department partially damaged in a devastating fire which broke out at around 1 am on November 18 last.
It is suspected that a short circuit triggered the incident. (DIPRO)
