ITANAGAR, Apr 17: Members of the Arunachal Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee (APMCC) observed 17 April as ‘Black Day’ to protest against the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s silence on the Unnao and Kathua rape cases.
The APMCC members also expressed strong resentment against the rising number of crimes being committed against women and children in Haryana and Madhya Pradesh.
