ITANAGAR, Apr 23: Informing that no circle officer (CO) has been posted in Panisiang circle of Kurung Kumey district even a year after the circle headquarters’ creation, Paniasang Circle Development Committee chairman Hinium Takung in a memorandum to the chief secretary on Monday sought early posting of a CO there, besides Group C and D staffs.
Takung also said that Paniasang circle still does not have proper roads.
“Despite a year (having passed) after the creation of the circle headquarters, no administrative officer has been posted in the circle office till date and no proper mechanism has been taken up to ensure proper functioning of the office, causing untold suffering to the general public in official activities,” Takung stated.
