ITANAGAR, Apr 28: The state BJP’s senior vice president Tame Phassang has donated CGI sheets and cash among the families in Modirijo village and Dariya Hill who have been affected by the recent storm.
Interacting with the families in Dariya Hill, Phassang urged them to remain calm, and assured them all possible help from his end. He said he would apprise the state government of the plight of the affected families and seek assistance for them.
Phassang also donated CGI sheets to the church in Modirijo village. He appealed to the MLA and the councillor of the ward concerned to visit Modirijo, where the people have not only lost their houses but also their prayer centre.
