Training on CM Dashboard held

BOMDILA, May 18: Officers of all government departments in West Kameng district participated in a two-day training programme here on the ‘CM Dashboard’ application.
The CM Dashboard is a software application which will be used by the chief minister’s office to monitor the progress of projects in the districts.
On the first day of the training, District Project Officer D Riba highlighted the benefits of the CM Dashboard, while DIO PK Thungon made a PowerPoint presentation, giving an overall perspective on the CM Dashboard.
Thungon informed the HoDs that the deputy commissioner will also monitor the projects in the district through the CM Dashboard. He said the application would be used in preparing the budget, and advised the officers to take extra care to feed actual data.
The officers were later divided into batches and provided hands-on training at the NIC here for two days.
Feedback was taken from all the participants in order to assess the actual benefit of the training. (DIPRO)
