TIRBIN, Jun 24: Parliamentary Secretary for Land Management and SJETA, Gojen Gadi appealed to all to participate in the Swachh Bharat Mission to keep their respective areas clean and free from diseases.
Gadi, who is also the MLA of 29 Basar-Tirbin, was addressing a gathering of over 200 people, including residents, senior citizens, government officials, public leaders, and members of the Gumin Rago Society, who had participated in the recently concluded three-day mass social service on the nearly 42 km stretch of the Trans-Arunachal Highway (from Tai border point of Upper Subansiri district to Bame under Tiribin-Basar assembly constituency).
He also informed that minor repair works have been carried out with the help of heavy machineries and the assistance of the people residing in the area
This is the first phase of the cleanliness drive and more such drives would be held in other locations of the constituency.
