NAHARLAGUN, Jul 23: The state’s lone medical college, the Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) here, is all set to open its doors on 1 August – setting to rest all doubts and speculations over the commencement of the college.
“The first academic session of the college will commence from the current year (2018-19),” informed Dr Moji Jini, Director of the TRIHMS.
The inaugural ceremony would be held on 1 August in the institute to induct the first batch of MBBS students.
Chief Minister Pema Khandu along with other state and central government dignitaries will attend the function, Dr Jini said.
