AALO, Sep 6: The West Siang District Bar Association on Thursday said no member of the association would stand as counsel or take up any case of one Kenli Nyorak for five years for his alleged “misconduct and attempt to assault on a lady advocate.”
In a press release, the association said Nyorak committed an offence of misconduct and tried to assault bar member and lady advocate Marphy Ete Lollen at the chief judicial magistrate’s court premises here on Wednesday. It said Nyorak is currently in police custody.
It also said no member of the association would move bail petition for Nyorak in the misconduct and assault case.
