‘Arrest culprit soon’

ITANAGAR, Sep 12: The All Gohpur Youth Association Ward No.2 has demanded early arrest and punishment to the person involved in the 7 September hit-and-run case, wherein a woman identified as Takhe Rachi had died when a speeding tempo hit her near the SBI ATM at the Gohpur Tinali.
It was informed that the driver of the tempo is yet to be identified.
The association has also appealed to the All Tempo Welfare Association to cooperate with the police and help nab the culprit soon.
Meanwhile, the association has decided to organize a candle light rally on 13 September from Chimpu Bridge to Gohpur Tinali as a mark of respect for the departed soul.
