ITANAGAR Sep 27: The chairman of the ASEAN India Business Council’s (IBC) Lao People’s Democratic Republic chapter, Habib Mohammed Chowdhury, invited Chief Minister Pema Khandu to the ‘Chief Minister to the ASEAN-India North-East Business Forum’, scheduled to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in November.
Chowdhury, who called on the chief minister here on Thursday, said the objective of the meeting would be to build economic ties between ASEAN and the Northeastern states.
The chief ministers of all the Northeastern states are likely to participate in the event. (CMO)
