ITANAGAR, Nov 19: Rich tributes were paid to India’s former prime minister Indira Gandhi by the members of the Arunachal Pradesh Congress Seva Dal (APCSD) on her 101st birth anniversary, which was marked by a function at Indira Gandhi Congress Bhavan here on Monday.
The members of the APCSD recalled Gandhi’s courage and conviction, and her significant contribution in improving international relations with the neighboring countries.
