RUKSIN, Nov 21: The third cluster level sports meet for Upper Primary Schools (UPS) under Ruksin block began at Rayang in East Siang district on Tuesday with participation of seven schools.
Block Education Officer Tanyo Tapak, who inaugurated the sports meet, advised children to compete in all sport disciplines to expose their hidden talent.
Highlighting the importance of games and sports for all over development of the children, Tapak urged the talented sportspersons to make career in sports.
Block Resource Centre Coordinator Takir Taloh lighted the Olympic torch.
