SCCZ holds Darpan 2019

ZIRO, Mar 17: Rajiv Gandhi University Vice Chancellor Prof. Saket Kushwaha advised the students of Saint Claret College Ziro (SCCZ) to be honest seekers of knowledge, and acquire skills that will enable them to stand out from the rest.
Attending the Departmental Festival of Saint Claret College (SCCZ) ‘Darpan 2019,’ the RGU VC hailed the college authority for organizing the event which, he said would give the students an opportunity to show and develop their creative skills.
Lower Subansiri DFO Koj Rinya also attended the festival and spoke of the need to conserve the environment.
Darpan, a contest among the academic departments of the college, was conducted in two parts–a themed cultural presentation of 15 minutes by each department, and a themed exhibition, according to a SCCZ release.
“All the nine departments put up stage performances, which captivated the audience,” the release said.
The themed exhibition by each department consisted of outstanding items on display based on the departmental disciplines.
The event was witnessed by invited guests, officials, principals of various educational institutions, and school and college students.
