Yet again the state has witnessed dismal performance in the Class 10 and 12 exam results. Among all the factors responsible for this gradual decline of education is the shortage of subject teachers in most of the schools in the state.
Recruiting sufficient subject teachers early and streamlining their posting to ensure that no excess teachers are posted at schools located in an urban area would definitely enable better performance in the coming academic session.
Therefore, I would like to urge the APPSC to declare the written results of the PGT and TGT exams which were conducted in January this year.
It is also hoped that the commission will ensure free, fair and transparent recruitment process.
