Alumni visit VKV, encourage students

SHER, Jun 1: A group of alumni of the Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV) here in Papum Pare district, under the aegis of Halo Society (HS), visited the school on Saturday.
The group, led by Papum Pare DC Dr Joram Beda, interacted with the students and shared inputs on excelling in academics.
Dr Beda advised the students to do well and maintain the school’s status, saying the school has groomed a significant number of officers who have excelled in their life.
“Studying in Classes 9 and 12 is the most crucial period in the academic life of any student, and one should become very serious with studies,” he said.
The HS donated solar streetlights, RO filter and dustbin to the school, and offered financial support to address the water shortage problem in the school. It also promised to set up smart classes in the school.
The DC was accompanied by several members of the HS. (DIPRO)
