WAKKA, Jun 1: About 328 dental patients and 970 general patients benefitted from 10 days of free medical camps organized by the Longding district unit of the Arunachal Vikas Parishad (AVP) at various villages of the district.
The camps, which concluded in Wakka on 31 May, were led by dental surgeon Dr Protibha Athawale from Gujarat and general doctor Dr RB Mishra of the AVP. The camps were held at Kamhua Noknu, Chanu and Wakka villages.
The medical team was accompanied by the state AVP’s sah sangathan mantri, Sunil, along with its Longding unit president Chanwang Wangsa and general secretary Phochoi Wangsu.
