ITANAGAR, Jun 6: The Arunachal Pradesh legislative assembly secretariat has been declared a ‘no smoking and no tobacco zone’, following a meeting between Speaker PD Sona, Deputy Speaker Tesam Pongte and the officers of the legislative assembly here on Thursday.
