DISSING PASSO, Aug 30: The All Dissing Passo Youth Welfare Association said it has banned hunting, fishing with chemicals or explosives, and felling of trees and bamboos for timber and firewood in the Passo and Dissing rivers and the Dissing-Passo forest area in East Kameng district. In a press release, the association said a fine of Rs 50,000 would be imposed on violators of the ban and a police complaint will also be lodged against them.
