ITANAGAR, Oct 19: A four-member estimate committee of the 7th state legislative assembly, headed by its chairman Laisam Simai, will leave for Kolkata (West Bengal), the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Telengana, and Karnataka on 22 October, on a 10-day official tour.
