ITANAGAR, Nov 11: Governor BD Mishra and Chief Minister Pema Khandu have in separate messages greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti.
“Guru Nanak Dev ji showed all the path of peace, harmony and righteousness. His divine message of purity of thought, excellence of conduct and tolerant temperament is ever very essential to
transform the society for the better,” the governor said in his message.
The chief minister in his message said, “Guru Nanak Dev ji taught us the dignity of labour and to share whatever we have earned. Let’s resolve on this day to follow his teachings in the true spirit and see the world change (to a point) where there is no inequality and everybody is happy.” (Raj Bhavan & CMO)
