ITANAGAR, Dec 2: Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Talo Potom said that the construction activities of the four-lane National Highway (NH-415) has been slowed down due to various obstacle in between Chandanagar and Akashdeep.
Nirjuli Division PWD Highway Executive Engineer Nani Tath informed that around 61 % of highway work have been completed. ‘Various works like quality control, FRL and alignment are being monitored and supervised by the quality engineers.
