ITANAGAR, Jan 16: Claiming that the district administration’s recent order to close the road between Karsingsa and Nirjuli is causing much suffering to the public, especially the students of Karsingsa and Banderdewa, the Banderdewa Karsingsa Youth Welfare Association in a representation to the capital complex DC on Thursday urged him to relax the road closure hours between 8 am and 10 am, and between 3 pm and 5 pm.
“The general public of Karsingsa and Banderdewa are facing unprecedented difficulty during medical emergencies. Also, the practical exams for the CBSE and state board are commencing from 16 January,” the association stated.
