Extend financial year, says AACWA

ITANAGAR, Mar 25: The All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association (AACWA) has appealed to the state government to ‘extend the financial year- 2019-20 in view of the coronavirus outbreak.’
Justifying its appeal, the AACWA said that the officers who are dealing with financial matters will not be able complete the financial process within this fiscal due to declaration of 21 days complete lockdown of the country.
Meanwhile, AACWA appealed to the state government to allow the grocery shops, pharmacies and all emergency services to stay open, especially in urban areas of the state during lockdown period.
